William Saliba Sets Sights on Silverware After Committing Future to Arsenal

Although proud of his journey from loan spells to becoming a first-team regular, Saliba admitted he is not “100% happy” yet. The reason is Arsenal’s near misses in recent seasons.

“We almost won the league in the first season, and the season after as well. I’m happy now, but not fully, because we have to do more. We have to win titles—it’s what we want, and what the club wants,” Saliba emphasized.

Manager Mikel Arteta praised Saliba’s growth and his importance to the team.

“William has grown so much, embraced responsibility, and built a strong connection with our supporters and everyone at the club. We know there is still more to come from him,” Arteta said.
