According to Il Resto del Carlino Arsenal remain keen on signing Bologna defender Riccardo Calafiori, but the Italian club is holding firm on their valuation.

Bologna are demanding a fee closer to €50 million, while Arsenal’s initial offer was around €45 million. The Italian team is also attempting to negotiate with Basel to reduce the 50% commission on future sales, but the Swiss seem uninterested. As a result, the Rossoblù have requested that Arsenal submit another proposal, stating that they would not sell for less than €50M.
