The Gunners have been dealing with a series of injuries to key players, which has significantly impacted their performance in both domestic and European competitions.

Gabriel Martinelli made a surprising return to the Arsenal squad for their Premier League clash against Manchester United. The Brazilian winger had been sidelined with a hamstring injury sustained during the Carabao Cup semi-final defeat to Newcastle United in early February. Initially expected to be out for a month, Martinelli’s recovery progressed faster than anticipated, allowing him to rejoin the team ahead of schedule.

In a recent press conference, Arteta shared that Saka is making good progress in his recovery and is expected to return to action after the upcoming international break. “His progress is really good, and he is really willing, as we can all imagine. We are positive that in a few weeks, hopefully, he will be back,” Arteta said.

Saka’s absence has been keenly felt by the Gunners, as his ability to stretch defenses and produce match-winning moments has been sorely missed. The England international has been working hard to regain full fitness, with reports suggesting that he could make his return before the end of the month.

The return of Saka will be a significant boost for Arsenal as they continue their campaign in the Premier League and the Champions League. With crucial fixtures on the horizon, including a potential clash with Real Madrid or Atletico Madrid in the Champions League quarter-finals, the Gunners will be eager to have their key attacking stars back in action.
