The 29-year-old has just one year left on his contract, and Bayern could potentially lose him on a free transfer next year if he does not agree to a new deal.

Kimmich has not yet had discussions with Bayern regarding a new contract, and numerous clubs across Europe are already making preparations in case the highly versatile defender decides to explore other options.

According to Sky Germany Kimmich’s future at Bayern is uncertain, and the Bundesliga club may sell him this summer.

The report says that Kimmich would also consider moving to Barcelona and Real Madrid, as well as Arsenal, Liverpool, and Manchester City.

It’s also claimed that Barcelona is Kimmich’s ‘top choice’ if it becomes clear that he will leave Bayern this summer.
