Joe Cole backs Arsenal to pull off a surprise signing of Manchester United outcast Marcus Rashford ‘if the money is right’ this January.

Former England international Joe Cole has voiced his support for Arsenal’s potential move to sign Marcus Rashford from Manchester United this January. Cole believes that Rashford could be a game-changing signing for the Gunners, who are looking to bolster their attacking options.

Rashford, who has been struggling with form at United, has expressed his desire for a new challenge. Cole, speaking on Al Arabiya News‘ The Dressing Room podcast, suggested that Arsenal could wrap up a surprise loan deal for the forward if the financial terms are right.

Cole emphasized Rashford’s potential impact, stating, “He’d be a hell of a signing! That’s where they have to shop, Arsenal – on the left side. They’ve got to shop for the very, very top players to improve this team.” Cole also highlighted the importance of man-management in convincing Rashford to join Arsenal, suggesting that a personal approach could make the difference.
