Polish defender Jakub Kiwior officially joins FC Porto on a season-long loan from Arsenal, marking a strategic move for both clubs. The deal includes a mandatory purchase clause, making it one of the most notable transfers of the 2025 summer window.

Jakub Kiwior, aged 25, joined Arsenal from Spezia in January 2023. During his time in North London, he made 68 appearances and played a key role in both central defense and left-back positions. He also earned a Community Shield medal in 2023 and impressed in the Champions League, especially against Real Madrid.

Before Arsenal, Kiwior played in Slovakia and Italy, building a solid reputation. He has also earned 35 caps for Poland, debuting in 2022 and becoming a regular in the national squad.
