Arsenal and Manchester United have been told that one of their top transfer targets is ‘from a different world’ by his teammate Ivan Fresneda

Arsenal and Manchester United are reportedly in a transfer battle for Sporting Lisbon’s prolific striker, Viktor Gyökeres, who has been described as “from another world” by his teammate Ivan Fresneda. The Swedish forward has been in sensational form, scoring an astonishing 40 goals in 41 matches this season. His remarkable performances have made him one of the most sought-after players in European football.

Gyökeres joined Sporting Lisbon from Coventry City and has continued to impress with his physical strength, speed, and goal-scoring ability. Fresneda Speaking to FlashScore, praised Gyökeres for his consistency and work ethic, stating that he is a “machine” both in games and training. This glowing endorsement has only heightened interest from top clubs.

Arsenal, in particular, is in need of attacking reinforcements after missing out on signing a striker during the January transfer window. With Gyökeres’ reported price tag the Gunners face stiff competition from Manchester United and other European giants. However, the player’s desire to join a Champions League club could play a crucial role in determining his next destination.
