Last year, Arsenal secured 16 victories following their trip to Dubai. The travelling party included injured stars Bukayo Saka and Ben White.
Arsenal’s star winger, Bukayo Saka, has joined his team-mates on a warm-weather training trip to Dubai as the Gunners seek to recharge and regroup following their recent Carabao Cup exit. The squad, including several players recovering from injuries, is looking to use this mid-season break to boost their form and fitness ahead of the crucial Premier League run-in.
Saka, who has been out of action since December with a hamstring injury, is among the key players participating in the trip. His presence is a significant morale boost for the team, as they aim to return to winning ways after a string of challenging fixtures.
The Gunners departed London on Thursday, February 6, for the training camp in Dubai, where they will utilize the state-of-the-art facilities at the NAS Sports Complex. The same venue was instrumental in last season’s successful training camp, which saw Arsenal bounce back with an impressive run of victories.
The warm-weather training camp is designed to provide the players with an opportunity to escape the rigors of the English winter and focus on intense training sessions in a more favorable climate. The camp also aims to foster team bonding and cohesion, essential elements as Arsenal looks to strengthen their position in the Premier League.

Mikel Arteta, Arsenal’s manager, emphasized the importance of the break, stating, “We played so many games, every three days, and we knew that the intensity would be high. This break is crucial for us to regroup and come back stronger.” Arteta is hopeful that the warm-weather training will help the squad rejuvenate and prepare for the challenges ahead.
Among the other injured players traveling with the team are Ben White and Gabriel Martinelli. Their participation in the trip underscores the club’s commitment to ensuring that all players are in peak condition for the remainder of the season.
The Gunners will return from Dubai ahead of their Premier League clash with Leicester City on February 15. The team will be looking to build on the benefits of the training camp and deliver strong performances in their upcoming fixtures.
