Arsenal have officially submitted a proposal to sign Espanyol’s talented goalkeeper, Joan Garcia according to Fabrizio Romano. The Gunners have been eyeing García as a replacement for Aaron Ramsdale, who is set to leave the club.
Arsenal’s offer, which includes €20 million with add-ons, was presented to Espanyol by García’s agents, Juanma López and Andy Bara. Despite this substantial bid, Espanyol remains firm on their demand for the full €30 million release clause.
