Arsenal have set a £50 million price tag on Nketiah, a player who scored six goals and provided three assists in 37 appearances in the 2023-24 season.
According to TalkSPORT, the Gunners’ search for a new striker is now linked to Nketiah’s sale, and if he does not move, a new frontman is unlikely to arrive.
The Gunners may have difficulty finding a buyer due to the high price tag. Many people feel that a 20-goal striker would have helped Arsenal win the title last season. Kai Havertz, who can also play in midfield, has shown potential as a striker.
Arsenal explored the signing of Benjamin Sesko, but he chose to stay with Leipzig for one more season. Instead, they have focused on other areas, such as central midfield. However, Arsenal still retains ambitions of signing a top-class striker.
