Arsenal Women have successfully
advanced to the second round of the UEFA Women’s Champions League (UWCL) qualifiers after a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Rosenborg BK at Meadow Park.
The decisive moment came in the 19th minute when Frida Maanum capitalized on a goalkeeper error to score the only goal of the match. Despite the modest scoreline, Arsenal dominated possession and created numerous chances throughout the game. Their solid defense ensured that Rosenborg had limited opportunities to equalize.
