Reports indicate that Arsenal are the leading contenders to secure the signature of Eintracht Frankfurt’s Omar Marmoush.

CaughtOffside has learned that Arsenal is currently leading the race to sign Eintracht Frankfurt star Omar Marmoush, with Manchester City and Chelsea also showing strong interest. The 25-year-old Egyptian forward has been in sensational form this season, scoring 18 goals and providing nine assists in 24 appearances across all competitions.

Marmoush’s impressive performances have not gone unnoticed, and several Premier League clubs are keen to secure his signature. Arsenal, under the guidance of Mikel Arteta, is reportedly in the prime position to land the talented forward. The Gunners have been linked with Marmoush for some time, and his versatility and goal-scoring ability make him an ideal fit for Arteta’s squad.

However, Arsenal faces stiff competition from Manchester City and Chelsea. Pep Guardiola’s side is looking to bolster their attacking options, while Chelsea is also in the market for a forward to provide more depth and competition in their squad. Both clubs have reportedly made contact with Frankfurt regarding Marmoush’s availability.

Eintracht Frankfurt is demanding a fee of around €50-60 million for the forward, and they are reluctant to let him leave halfway through the season. This has led to speculation that a move might be more likely in the summer transfer window, but Arsenal’s strong interest could force Frankfurt to reconsider.

Marmoush’s potential arrival at Arsenal would be a significant boost for the club as they aim to challenge for a Champions League spot and compete for silverware. His pace, technical ability, and knack for scoring goals would add a new dimension to the Gunners’ attack.

With the January transfer window drawing near, all eyes will be on Arsenal, Manchester City, and Chelsea as they compete to sign one of the most sought-after forwards in Europe. Only time will tell which club will ultimately secure the services of Omar Marmoush.
