The Gunners have rebuffed interest from Saudi Arabian clubs for Gabriel Jesus. The Brazilian international, who joined Arsenal from Manchester City for £45 million in 2022, has had a mixed experience in North London. While he had a fantastic first season under manager Mikel Arteta, he struggled last season, losing his starting place to Kai Havertz and dealing with injuries at crucial times.

Despite these challenges, Saudi clubs remain interested in Jesus. Al-Ahli is one of the teams reportedly eyeing the Brazil international, as The Saudi Pro League teams target high-profile players.

According to Football Insider, Arsenal has made it clear that they do not intend to sell Jesus ahead of the 2024/25 season. Their reluctance to part ways with the versatile forward stems from their need for depth and quality across all positions to compete on multiple fronts this season.

While a move away from North London seems unlikely this summer, Arsenal will remain cautious of any substantial bids that might come their way for Gabriel Jesus. For the 27-year-old forward, the possibility of leaving might be enticing, especially if Arsenal signs a new number nine, further reducing his playing time. Nevertheless, Jesus is likely to compete vigorously for his place in the team, given his valuable versatility.
