Arsenal is actively searching for a top striker to boost their offensive capabilities, with Isak being one of the players that they are considering.

However, Newcastle is expected to maintain its high valuation for the Swedish forward.

Moreover, Chelsea’s entrance into the race for Isak at a possible cost of over £115m will make things even more difficult for Arsenal, who are currently hesitant to spend extravagantly.

Edu, Arsenal’s technical director, may look to other players such as Viktor Gyökeres and Joshua Zirkzee.

Joshua is potentially available, with a €40m release clause in his contract but is also being chased by Manchester United.
