Emile Smith Rowe has completed a permanent move from Arsenal to Fulham. The versatile 24-year-old, who joined Arsenal’s academy at the age of ten, progressed through the ranks and made significant contributions to the first team.
Emile made 115 senior appearances for Arsenal, scoring 18 goals and providing 13 assists. His development years were marked by strong performances in youth football, leading to his promotion to the first team.

In September 2018, Emile became the first player born in the 2000s to debut for Arsenal. He scored his first goal in the UEFA Europa League match against Qarabag in Azerbaijan.
Emile gained valuable experience during loan spells at RB Leipzig and Huddersfield Town. His impressive performances helped secure safety for Huddersfield in the Championship.
The 2020/21 season saw Emile fully integrated into Arsenal’s first team. He scored his first Premier League goal in a home win against West Brom and played a crucial role throughout the campaign.
Emile represented England at various youth levels, winning the FIFA Under-17 World Cup in 2017. He earned his first senior cap in 2021 and scored his debut goal against San Marino.
Arsenal sporting director Edu paid tribute to the midfielder and told the club website: “Emile is loved by us all at the club. He has been with us for many years, and we are so proud that he has developed through our Academy system into our first team.
