Arsenal has confirmed the departure of striker Eddie Nketiah to Crystal Palace. The 25-year-old forward, who has been with Arsenal since his youth days, will join the Eagles in a deal worth around £30 million, including add-ons.

Eddie Nketiah’s journey with Arsenal has been marked by moments of brilliance and potential. Having scored 38 goals in 168 appearances for the Gunners, Nketiah has shown flashes of his goal-scoring prowess. However, with limited playing time this season, the move to Crystal Palace offers him a fresh start and the opportunity for more consistent first-team action.

Crystal Palace has been keen on bolstering their attacking options, and Nketiah’s signing is a testament to their ambitions. The Eagles had been in pursuit of the England international for some time, and after a proposed move to Nottingham Forest fell through, they seized the opportunity to bring him to Selhurst Park.

The transfer deal is structured with an initial fee of £25 million, with an additional £5 million in potential add-ons. Nketiah has already completed his medical examinations, and the official announcement from Crystal Palace is expected imminently.
