However, Partey was unable to make the bench for the game at the London Stadium, as confirmed by manager Mikel Arteta. Arteta revealed that Partey picked up the injury during training on Friday and was ruled out of the match along with Mikel Merino, who missed the game due to a knee issue.

Despite the absence of these key players, Arsenal delivered a dominant performance, with Jorginho stepping in and delivering an outstanding display. The team’s depth and resilience were on full display as they secured another impressive win.
