Arsenal and Paris Saint-Germain are once again vying for a highly sought-after player in the Ndicka transfer battle. This time, the battle is centered around Evan Ndicka, the Roma defender, who has attracted interest from multiple European giants, including Newcastle United.

Arsenal, under the guidance of sporting director Andrea Berta, are actively searching for defensive reinforcements. With Jakub Kiwior stepping up in the absence of Gabriel Magalhães, manager Mikel Arteta is keen to add more depth to his backline. The report states that Roma value Ndicka between €30–40 million (£25-34m), making him an attractive option for clubs seeking defensive reinforcements. Arsenal are leading the race for his signature, but they face competition from Newcastle United and Paris Saint-Germain, who are also monitoring his situation closely.

Despite the speculation, Ndicka has remained focused on his current club. Speaking to L’Equipe, he acknowledged the transfer rumors but insisted that he respects Roma and remains committed to the club and his existing contract, which runs for another three years.

Arsenal’s interest in Ndicka signals their intent to build a robust defensive unit capable of competing at the highest level. With Gabriel Magalhães sidelined due to injury and uncertainty surrounding his long-term future, securing Ndicka could provide much-needed stability at the back.
