Reports suggest that Arsenal will be offered the chance to sign Paris Saint-Germain forward Randal Kolo Muani during the January transfer window.

Arsenal are reportedly set to be offered the opportunity to sign Randal Kolo Muani, the Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) forward, on loan in the upcoming January transfer window according to The Standard. This potential move comes as a response to the hamstring injury sustained by Bukayo Saka, which has ruled the winger out for several weeks.

With Saka’s absence expected to last until early March, Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta is considering bolstering his attacking options. Kolo Muani, who joined PSG from Eintracht Frankfurt for £76 million last year, has struggled to secure a regular starting spot under PSG manager Luis Enrique. This has led to speculation that the French forward could be available for a loan move.

Kolo Muani has shown flashes of his talent, scoring 9 goals in 40 games for PSG last season. His ability to find the back of the net could provide Arsenal with the much-needed firepower to maintain their title challenge. The Gunners are reportedly one of several Premier League clubs interested in the 26-year-old, with Manchester United and Manchester City also keeping an eye on him.

While the loan deal would be a temporary solution, Arsenal would have the option to make the move permanent for a fee of around £50 million. This could be a bargain considering his initial transfer fee and potential to thrive in the Premier League.
