Arsenal beat Nottingham Forest 3-0, ending a four-game winless Premier League streak, with goals from Bukayo Saka, Thomas Partey and Ethan Nwaneri.
Arsenal ended their four-game Premier League winless streak with a dominant 3-0 victory over Nottingham Forest at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday. The Gunners were in fine form, with Bukayo Saka, Thomas Partey, and Ethan Nwaneri all finding the net.
Saka opened the scoring in the 15th minute, capitalizing on a brilliant pass from Martin Odegaard to drive the ball into the far corner. The England winger continued to trouble Forest’s defense throughout the first half, creating numerous chances.
Partey doubled Arsenal’s lead just after halftime, curling a superb finish from 25 yards after being set up by Saka. The Ghanaian midfielder’s strike was a highlight of the match.
Nwaneri scored his first Premier League goal in the 86th minute. The 17-year-old’s goal sealed the victory and capped off a memorable performance for Arsenal.
Forest struggled to create any meaningful chances, with their best opportunities coming from set pieces. Despite their efforts, they were unable to break down Arsenal’s solid defense.
The win moves Arsenal up to fourth place in the Premier League table, six points behind leaders Liverpool. With key players returning from injury and a more favorable fixture list ahead, Mikel Arteta will be hopeful that this victory marks the start of a successful run for his side.
